Dr. Lynn Miller, CLO
Dr. Miller is the Chief Learning Officer at Sustainable Innovation Company and is responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of our Learning & Development programs. Lynn holds a Doctorate in instructional technology from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master’s degree in education from the College of William and Mary.
Dr. Miller is based in Virginia, USA and has been a member of the Leadership Solutions Partner Practice for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), helping deliver programs in Western Europe, China,Singapore, India, Australia and Brazil.
A business savvy and pragmatic facilitator, Lynn delivers practical solutions to enable more effective leaders, analyse processes to improve team innovation and helps organisations increase their ability to collaborate.
Lynn's Story
Prior to CCL, Lynn has held leadership positions in corporate America, experienced as both a line and staff manager. The majority of her corporate experience is leading the Learning and Development function within three major industries; a consumer transaction technology firm, an airline IT organization, and a global packaging solutions company. In addition, as a line manager she led teams involved in designing user interface software/hardware solutions.
Dr. Miller has served as adjunct faculty for the University of Georgia (GA USA) and as Board Chair for Girls Incorporated of Greater Atlanta (USA). She is a member of a team that holds a US Patent on user interface for the POS system. Today Dr. Miller serves as a board member for the William and Mary’s Student Leadership and Engagement Advisory Council.
